Refund Policy

All sales are final. Because each product is custom printed to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

 

Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:

• The item you received is defective

• The item you received is incorrect

 

If you believe your order qualifies, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at veltees@gmail.com with your order details and photos of the issue. We will review your request and, if approved, arrange for a replacement or refund.

 

Please note:

• Refunds are not available for sizing issues, color variations, or changes of mind once an order is placed.

• Slight variations in print placement or color may occur due to the custom printing process and are not considered defects.
