Please note that all items from The FA Collection and VelTees are custom printed. Minor variations in color, print placement, or sizing may occur. Customers are responsible for reviewing order details carefully before purchase. All sales are final, except in cases of defective or incorrect items. VelTees is not liable for delays caused by suppliers, shipping carriers, or circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Policy
All orders from VelTees are made to order and ship directly to you. Because each item is custom produced, please allow 3–4 weeks from the date of purchase for your order to be fulfilled.
Once production is complete and your order has been handed off to the carrier, standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
You will receive an email notification with your tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please note that tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to reflect after the shipping confirmation is sent.
VelTees is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once the order has been dispatched.
Return Policy
All sales from VelTees are final. Because every item is custom printed to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at veltees@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will work with you to make it right.
